Battle Power
BP stays visible, but no longer changes attack damage, defense or monster EXP. Equipment attributes and independent combat rules still apply. The old BP EXP indicator above monsters has been removed.
Skill success rates
Toxic Fog (6001) and Archer’s Bane (6004) use one BP roll per valid player target. Targeting restrictions remain; the roll controls application, not damage. Live PvP verification of miss animations is still pending.
